The staff were excellent and the location was perfect. The place was minutes from Thionville city centre.

Its location in the middle of the city was super. Explored Fontaine Parc Napoleon, that is located at a medium distance from the hotel.

Some people working there were impolite.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and taxis. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a good variety of options available. having secure off-road parking was a great advantage.

The size of the room, which was quite small and made it difficult to open two suitcases at the same time. Another issue was the complicated internet connection process, as we had to enter multiple codes to access the Wi-Fi.

While the room was small, it was expected for a short overnight stay and did not bother me too much. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to cope with the humidity in the room after showering, but it was still manageable.
